Return terms
If you find that the goods do not match the type and quantity ordered or are damaged when you receive the goods, please notify our customer service department immediately to arrange for replacement of the goods.

We will accept returns if:

1. The goods have obvious serious damage or quality problems
2. Damage occurred during transportation

Return process
If you find that the goods do not match the type and quantity ordered or are damaged when you receive the goods, please notify our customer service within 2 days after receiving the goods. The goods must be unopened before the company can arrange the return or exchange of the goods. Opened goods None will be accepted. Customers can request a refund within 2 days after receiving the goods. If you require a refund, please notify our customer service via the orderer’s email address: enquiry@unistylogy.net

Precautions
Once the products on the order are used, they are non-refundable
No refunds will be issued if it does not suit your personal taste.
The weight of the goods is measured manually and may differ by 4G from the actual product.
Special offer items are non-refundable.
Factors such as shooting light, camera or computer display may cause color difference. Slight differences between the actual object and the photo are normal.
Customers do not need to pay return shipping costs, please follow the steps below:
1. To contact our customer service, please email info@unistylogy.net
2. Please include the following in the email:

Order number
Order amount
reason for return
picture
3. Customer service will provide the return address
4. Customers are advised to send returns via SF Express, and please select “Pay on Collect” for shipping costs.
5. When we receive your returned online purchase and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will arrange a refund as soon as possible and return it to the credit card account you used when purchasing.
